We currently proctor the Prometric CPFM test at the end of our training classes in both Internet-Based and Paper/Pencil formats. The Prometric certification exam is available in these languages: English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Korean, & Vietnamese (English, Spanish, & Korean language testing is available on the computer-based format, while Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese are only available in paper/pencil format).

Our training program is tailored to meet the requirements of all 50 States. It is based on the current FDA Food Code and teaches National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) standards. Our course is designed to effectively prepare you for any of the four ANSI-CFP approved (Conference on Food Protection) Food Safety Manager certification exams. Our monthly Food Safety Manager (CPFM) courses is available in-person (in our Fort Lauderdale, FL training facility).
