At the end of each class, Safe Food Systems instructors administer one of the Conference for Food Protection examinations. Examinations are available in the following foreign languages: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Also, we have Creole speaking and Spanish speaking instructors.
