Through his company, Safe Food Systems, Inc., Mr. Gundlach has trained several instructors throughout the State of Florida, all of whom are highly qualified to teach food safety to students in our Food Safety Manager and Food Handler training classes. These instructors are highly educated, most of whom have their Masters or Doctoral degrees in their fields of Health Science, Environmental, and Nutritional studies.
